List of documents for residents of the Russian Federation.

Legal entity

  • Application for joining the contract for the provision of services through the Velespay System (download);
  • Constituent documents of a legal entity – the charter, the constituent agreement (for associations and unions, business partnerships) with all changes registered at the time of submitting the documents to Velespay;
  • The list of participants of the company (for limited liability companies) or an extract from the register of shareholders (for joint-stock companies), compiled on the date of submission of documents to Velespay;
  • Certificate of registration with the Ministry of Justice (only for non-profit organizations);
  • Documents confirming the location of the legal entity:
    • a document confirming the ownership of the premises occupied by the organization; or
    • a lease agreement, a certificate of acceptance and transfer to the lease agreement, a document confirming the lessor's ownership right to the leased premises; or
    • sublease agreement, act of acceptance and transfer to the sublease agreement, lease agreement, act of acceptance and transfer to the lease agreement, documents confirming the ownership right of the original lessor to the premises occupied by the organization; if the consent of the lessor is required for the conclusion of the sublease agreement, the specified consent of the lessor must be provided;
  • Licenses (permits) issued to a legal entity in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation for the right to carry out activities subject to licensing;
  • The decision or Protocol of the authorized body of the legal entity, as well as the Order on taking office, confirming the powers of the sole executive body of the legal entity;
  • An order granting the right to sign, or a Power of Attorney for a representative of a legal entity with an indication of the powers associated with opening, ordering or closing an account in Velespay, as well as with an indication of granting this representative the right to sign;
  • Documents certifying the identity of the sole executive body and persons authorized to manage the Velespay account;

Individual entrepreneur

  • Application for joining the contract for the provision of services through the Velespay System (download);
  • A document certifying the identity of an individual registered as an individual entrepreneur and persons authorized to manage an account in Velespay;
  • A power of attorney for a representative of an individual entrepreneur with an indication of the powers associated with opening, ordering or closing an account in Velespay, as well as with an indication of giving this representative the right to sign;
  • Licenses (patents) issued to an Individual entrepreneur for the right to carry out activities subject to licensing (regulation by issuing a patent);
  • Documents confirming the address of the business activity (the address of the point of sale):
    • a document confirming the ownership of the premises; or
    • a lease agreement, a certificate of acceptance and transfer to the lease agreement, a document confirming the lessor's ownership right to the leased premises; or
    • sublease agreement, act of acceptance and transfer to the sublease agreement, lease agreement, act of acceptance and transfer to the lease agreement, documents confirming the ownership right of the original lessor to the occupied premises; if the consent of the lessor is required for the conclusion of the sublease agreement, the specified consent of the lessor must be provided;
