Prohibited goods / services.

This list contains, but is not limited to, the types of goods and services for which it is prohibited to use Velespay when calculating purchase and sale transactions:

• Objects of history and art that make up the cultural values of countries;
• Used cosmetics;
• Fake currency, fake coins and fake stamps;
• Narcotic substances and related products, a description of drugs or narcotic substances, steroids, substances subject to control and restrictions, or other products that pose a threat to consumer safety;
• Electronic equipment that is prohibited in the consumer's country (for example, decoders for cable television, radars and traffic light control devices, electronic surveillance equipment, listening devices, telephone bugs, etc.);
• Firearms and their exact copies, cold and throwing weapons, protective equipment, aerosols, electric shock;
• State distinctive signs, government documents, uniforms, state certificates and licenses, as well as items related to the police;
• Dangerous and perishable goods, as well as goods with restrictions on use (for example, explosives, radioactive materials, toxic substances, batteries, fireworks, freon, etc.);
• Human organs and remains;
• Products that encourage illegal activities or incite others to participate in illegal activities;
• Devices for opening locks;
• Junk mail lists, data for accessing accounts in email systems, social networks, telephone networks, message delivery services, as well as any information containing personal data;
• Stolen goods, including digital and virtual goods, as well as ways to access electronic systems, multi-user games, including service access codes and special programs to bypass software protection;
• Offensive materials (for example, goods that offend morals, materials that are offensive on ethnic or racial grounds, Nazi memorabilia, goods that preach violence, ethnic hatred, hatred, racism, offensive expressions and insults);
• Medicinal products and medical preparations, their derivatives, as well as raw materials for their production, prescription;
• Prohibited services and goods that promote hatred, violence, racial intolerance or economic benefits from criminal activities, including illegal sexual services, as well as services that violate / contradict the Velespay Code;
• Stolen property and property with removed serial numbers;
• Poisonous herbs and prohibited seeds;
• Illegal audio and video recordings;
• Counterfeit or counterfeit goods;
• Mod chips, game emulators, boot disks and devices;
• Goods that have no consumer value, begging;
• Pornography, child pornography, perversion, escort or prostitution;
• Auctions or trading systems that allow participants to carry out activities that exclude the transfer of goods, services or other products that have consumer value;
• Financial or payment instruments whose accounting systems do not provide proper identification of the owner's identity in order to combat illegal trade, financial fraud, money laundering;
• Multi-level marketing, financial pyramids and matrices, business packages;
• Tobacco products, vapes, electronic cigarettes, tobacco heating systems, liquids for them and all related products and accessories;
• Alcoholic beverages;

To use Velespay when buying and selling a number of products, you must obtain a mandatory permit from Velespay (subject to the availability of appropriate permits and licenses in the country of registration). These products include:

• Shares and other securities;
• Gambling (any type of casino, games, including poker, roulette, bingo, baccarat, bookmakers - all types of bets on all types of events), lottery tickets;
• Financial instruments;
• Collecting donations to third parties as a charitable or non-profit organization;
