To apply for the connection of payment acceptance and Internet acquiring services, the counterparty must familiarize himself with these rules.
We do not place significant requirements on your websites or mobile applications. You can connect a one-page website to us. To do this, it is enough to comply only with the minimum conditions set out by international payment systems and our partners.
General requirements
- The site is not under development - there is real content to understand the scope of activity;
- The site is not located on public resources or free servers, and all the pages of the site are under the same domain name;
- The site does not provide services that contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, Canada, the European Union, as well as links to such services. Read more about the goods and services prohibited for sale on the site here ("Prohibited goods");
- The site must contain customer support contact information (email, phone number, request form);
- The website must specify the conditions and procedure for the refund and cancellation of the purchase, or a message about the impossibility of making a refund in the absence of this procedure;
- The terms and order of delivery must be specified (possible regions / countries of delivery);
- It is necessary to specify the company name, legal and actual address, contact details, details of the organization (e-mail address, phone number, reg. number);
- The mobile application requires a website with the above requirements, as well as the ability to download the mobile application;
Technical requirements
- The site must be located on a second-level domain, for example velespay.com (promo.velespay.com is a third-level domain);
- The site and all its links work when you click through;
- The site is not on public resources (vk.com, instagram, facebook, youtube, etc.);
Content requirements
The content is real - not a text set of the site builder and contains:
- Information about the products and/or services that the website or mobile application implements, as well as their description;
- Real prices for goods and/or services (the purchase mechanism is for customers to understand what and how payment will be made on the site);
- Contact information (phone number, e-mail of the support service in a place accessible to the client);
- Information about the company (company name, actual address, reg. number);
- Information about the delivery of goods/services (delivery method, conditions, as well as any other information necessary for the client to understand the method and timing of receiving goods/services after payment with a card);
- Information about the return of the product and other conditions of purchase;
- The policy of refund of payments when paying by card (conditions for refund of funds if the customer made a purchase of goods/services using a bank card. So that the client understands whether the funds will be returned and in what way: in cash or to a bank card when making a payment);
- Security policy when paying by credit card (information that the payment is made in a secure mode and the client's personal card data is safe);
